Oprah Winfrey is selling Harpo Studios in Chicago to a local developer for a reported $32 million. The studio where she filmed The Oprah Winfrey Show from 1990 to 2011 will remain on the property for another two years as it continues to produce programming for OWN. About 200 people work at the 3.5-acre campus.

There is no denying Nia Long is a ageless beauty who’s acting career has gone strong for 20+ years. The divorce settlement is over and sadly, The Real Housewife of Atlanta walked away with what she came with. Nothing! Well, Porsha did get to keep her ring, and personal items such as clothes and jewelry.  WooWzers! That Kordell is noooooo joke.  He definitely does NOT play, and Porsha clearly picked the wrong one for a come up.  She better start saving those Housewives checks and get her promo on heavy for that weave line she has, but it’s all good Porsha girlâŚ.you don’t need him or any man to take care of yourself.  Get your hustle on and boss up.  Anywhoo, here’s the full report on this story from TMZ:

According to legal docs — obtained by TMZ — Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.
It’s almost like a western movie. She gets the Mercedes she drove in on, and that’s about it. She does get to keep the engagement ring and all of her personal crap … jewelry, clothes and other personal items.
As for Kordell … he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.
Pretty crazy — considering there was a lot of talk on “Real Housewives” that Porsha and Kordell did NOT sign a prenup.
Porsha was fighting like crazy to stay in the house, but Kordell changed the locks on her.
And it gets even worse. She’s on the chopping block for the show.
On the bright side … a pawn shop would probably pay a pretty penny for that ring.

I’m happy to report according to “Real” (Ahmad Givens) via his social media sites he is recovering well from his multiple surgeries he’s undergone due to his stage 4 colon cancer. The “Real Chance of Love” star recently underwent a procedure called “Gamma Knife Radiation” to remove a tumor from the left side of his brain. The tumor was small yet damaged the nerves and cut off feeling on the right side of his body. The procedure was a success and he is starting to regain feeling again in his body. Ahmad, I wish you a speedy recovery and I admire his strength, positivity and braveness through this battle. Prayers up for you and your loved ones. Read more about “Real” and his story here:

Rumors have been brewing about these two divorcing, TI having a love child like Dwayne Wade and Ludacris, Tiny not wearing her ringâŚetc.  Well Tiny took some time to speak with hello beautiful.com to clear some things up concerning her man and her family…
HB: What are your thoughts on your relationship with T.I. in the news right now?
Tiny:Â With any relationship, you argue, you fight, you go through things. So, thatâs pretty much what it was. We were into it, but we was able to mend everything and get through it. Itâs what we do.
HB: What happened on Instagram when T.I. commented under your picture?
Tiny:Â For one, I was actually showing my side. I had my shirt up and I said something about my waist. I wasnât showing my backside. Itâs clear in my pictures when I am showing my backside, but this one in particular was not and the picture was taken from the side. Clearly, it was about my waist. I was trying to think, like, âWhy did you say that?â But, itâs cool, we talked about it on the phone. I just didnât understand why he had to say that there.
HB: Did you question why he did it on that forum?
Tiny: Sometimes, when youâre in a relationship, you get in to your emotions and you canât. We would like to be able to control it, but sometimesâŚitâs what happens and being in love and being in media all the time.
HB: How do you feel about the rumor about you guys getting divorced?
Tiny:Â I donât feel any different than when I do from the next rumor. Iâve been in the business long enough to know that this happens. Itâs been a lot of different things that have been said about me and him and I know it isnât true. So, I just let it fall to the waist side. If it donât apply, I have to let it fly and thatâs where Iâm at with it.
HB: What about that love child rumor?
Tiny:Â I havenât seen anyone come forth and say that itâs his child. So, it definitely donât apply!
HmmmmmâŚ.Well there you have it from the horses mouth (lol) I like these two together so I hope these rumors are false, and he doesn’t have any “love” children running around here.  You never know these days, and I heard they like to “swing” and invite other women into their bedroom.  You do what you want in your marriage, but opening Pandora’s box is always a risk! Good luck you two.
President Barack Obama announced a new initiative to put minority boys and men on the road to success. It’s called “My Brother’s Keeper” and hopes to build on the successes of programs like KIPP High school in the Bronx, where 100 percent of the senior class has applied to college. Major Garrett reports.
Of course President Obama is receiving all sorts of backlash from conservatives against anything the President does. Â I happen to think this a great effort and step in the right direction to aide many minority men who face an entire different set of obstacles the majority know nothing about, or fail to recognize. Â Here’s to this initiative and it’s success.
