These seniors at Desert Vista High School in Arizona, had the bright idea to take a picture donning this racial slur.  The picture quickly went viral and naturally parents and many students were offended and outraged.  The girls each received a 5 day suspension for the offense.  The school tweeted out the following message after the incident…

  These students should’ve been expelled for doing this.  They thought it was funny, and it just goes to show how they really feel about black people.  What do you think?  Was the punishment appropriate, too harsh, or not harsh enough?
