He was a street kid who wanted fame. He was homeless and living with random friends when he was discovered and skyrocketed to the height of the art world, rated with other talented artist like Andy Warhol, whom he became great friends with. The law of attraction was real when it came to Jean Michele Basquiat. He was a unique, creative individual and you see it in every piece of work he produced. Unfortunately, he died at the young age of 27 due to a Heroin overdose. His work, however, will live on forever.

I refer to him as the Tupac of the art because at a young age he was able to make and leave a everlasting, and impressionable mark with his Art. Like Pac, his talent seemed beyond his years on this Earth. Jean Michele Basquiat is considered a Artistic genius, like Tupac is lyrically.

This post is a tribute to the late Artist, and a testimony to believe in what you want out of life, and never give up. Visualize what you want, believe you will have it, and the universe will respond accordingly. You have to truly believe in yourself.
