I knew it would only be a matter of time before she got signed, and Russell Simmons along with Steve Rifkin, the muscle behind All Def Digital, snatched her up. 3D NA’TEE now has a label home and signed the deal today with the All Def Digital, and Universal Music Group.
I’m definitely looking forward to hearing what she brings to the table and how she will be as a signed artist. Will she keep her street edge or will she have a gimmick like Nicki Minaj? I hope she keeps it trill and keeps that underground spice that hooked me and the rest of her fans. Only time will tell. In the meantime, watch her and Kendrick Lamar freestyle on Sway in Morning below, and see why I’m a fan.

Pharrell is repping for all skin tones since his “GIRL” album cover received all sorts of backlash for not featuring a ethnically diverse cast of women.
Well he loves the ladies of all hues and took heed of the complaints and featured one of his beautiful brown skin dancers Khadijah Shari on the cover for the single. I’m loving this photo and the love the darker skinned women are receiving these days. Trust me when I say it took a looooooong time for the love to come, so thanks to Pharrell and the others who do not discriminate or partake in self hate. Peep the new video below…
DAMON DASH AND HIS DAUGHTER AVA HANG OUT IN COACHELLA

Music mogul Dame Dash and his daughter with Clothing designer Rachel Roy, Ava Dash, spent some daddy daughter quality time together at the COACHELLA Music Festival over the weekend. Damon says he wouldn’t have went to the festival if his daughter didn’t want to go, and he would much rather spend time with her than on yatchs with models or any other celebrity event đ. It’s beautiful to see them hanging out together like this because quality time with children creating memories is so important in their lives. Check out the pics of them hanging out with friends and celebs.
Very sweet. I’m wondering if they happened to run into Jay Z and Beyonce while there…..? Hmmmm….
LOVE AND HIP HOP LA CAST LINE UP

The foolery will go down in L.A. with a not so interesting cast. Love & Hip Hop L.A. started filming March 31st and the cast will be as follows: Ray J, Omarion, Yung Berg, Teairra MarĂ (Ray J’s Ex), Princess Love (Ray J’s current girlfriend), Yesi Ortiz (Power 106 DJ) Morgan Hardman (Ray J’s assistant), Miss Joie (Bow Wow’s baby mother) and Apryl Jones (Omarion’s baby mother).
This is a weak ass cast. Ray J will be getting credit as Executive Producer, so this has to be why half the cast is connected to him. It just really seems like what’s the point of even watching these irrelevant folks on t.v. I just might tune in for one episode just to see how it goes, but I’m so not excited about this.
Word is Omarion’s relationship with his male assistant is very suspect, and they seem like more of a couple than him and his child’s mom. Also the drama will unfold between Teairra MarĂ and Princess Love over Ray J *womp* *side eye* *yawn* will you be watching……

Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams and Kendrick Lamar have released the video for the first single from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (which features Jamie Foxx as Electro) soundtrack âItâs On Again,â which was shot in L.A. recently.
The video shows Pharrell working behind the scenes as Alicia sings in an empty warehouse to the beat of the blinking lights inside the skyscrapers in downtown L.A. controlled by P. The video also features footage from the movie and a collaboration at the end from composer Hans Zimmer, Alicia, Kendrick & Pharrell.
